Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

翠華的海南雞飯是Ben爺在香港吃過最好味的, 正宗的海南雞飯必需要是無骨, 凍食 ,雞肉嫩滑 ,要連雞皮, 雞皮與鷄肉之間要連著 一層啫喱狀的骨膠原 才算是合格的海南雞。飯必須要加上雞油和香料一齊蒸熟, 要熱辣辣 ,飯不能太黏 要粒粒分明有口感。 吃下去 要有味道 更要有 香料帶出的香味。畫龍點睛之處是他的 醬油, 醬油起碼要有兩種 一種是薑油 另外一種是杰身的老抽, 要夠甜, 雞肉點下去的時候 能掛汁 才是成功的 醬油。 還要有一條一條的酸蘿蔔酸青瓜, 當你吃得油膩的時候吃一條 用來清爽口腔。配湯不能 太過濃稠 太過濃味, 因為這樣便會喧賓奪主, 把雞肉的鮮味壓下去。翠華能達到以上要求 並且出品穩定, 分量足夠飽肚 ,值得一讚! 84元 並不便宜, 但出品對得起這個價錢。
