Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 令人嘴角上揚的流心系列

好幾個月沒來這裡了，之前想來吃那個夏季限定的楊枝甘露牛角包，最終也是沒吃到（哭）。今天與好友運動完就順便來吃冬天的新菜式，每每來這都有點小驚喜。*流心布拉塔芝士沙拉 $188因為做完運動就想吃清爽一點的，所以點了這個新的流心布拉塔芝士沙拉，好像只是在menu 上一個月左右，這裡的食物除了好吃之外，擺盤也絕不讓人失望。*芝士的size 也不小，像拳頭一樣大。切開就會看到綿密的芝士，口感是很清爽的。底下有兩款車厘茄，紅色的就爽脆一點，橙色的就軟綿一點，拌了一點olive oil 和及醋，很開胃。*重點是這個！擺到最頂像明太子一樣的東西，原來是自製的蕃茄雪芭！整道菜雖然是很簡單的配搭，但是口感層次和味道上，都是和而不同的感覺。雖然以沙拉來講有點小貴，但絕對是值得。*冧酒栗子流心牛角包 $48到了每次最期待的流心牛角包，這次冬季限定的冧酒栗子的味道。But the way海鹽焦糖是我永遠的最愛！*牛角包的質素是一如以往的好，外層微暖脆脆的，冧酒栗子的內餡是很出色，很有冬天的感覺。一吃下是滿滿的冧酒味，吃著吃著栗子的味道便會飄出來。這天氣涼涼的吃到這味道是會忍不住嘴角上揚。
