Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起食酸辣粉,傷心酸辣粉相信大家都唔會陌生,諗唔到去邊度食嘢就會去,因為地點方便,價錢又平,上星期lunch,我就 去咗旺角砵蘭街呢一間食重慶麻辣雞煲,啲煲份量夠三個人食,附有肥牛肉、豆卜、皇帝菜、芫荽、紅洋蔥及紅薯粉,湯底可以揀小辣、大辣同埋唔辣,食咁多野都係(半隻鷄份量)$199。我哋三個人,每人都係60幾蚊,咁抵食一啲都唔傷心,仲好開心添😉😋😋原來佢都有出品而家製嘅辣椒油,點埋個傷心辣椒油辣辣地,我買埋返屋企添啊😉
