To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都一段時間沒去太興了,趁不想去太遠找食的日子,走落屋企樓下的太興自行吃午餐,也是不錯。點了個餐肉麵的午餐,配有多士以及炒蛋,連埋飲品,細食的我已足夠了。一直認為太興的多士唔差的,至少屬香脆軟熟,塗上牛油,合格分數;至於炒蛋,現在的快餐店其實都做得可以,起碼能保留蛋汁,不會炒得太過火。說我唔識食也好,公仔麵從來是我的選擇,肥美的午餐肉更加是由細到大的送飯送麵良品。太興的午餐肉,合心了。最後飲埋杯冰鎮奶茶,一個人的午餐,也是滿足。
