To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先講下每一次都會食A5和牛,都好抵食百幾蚊有六片。一直都會食牛油本菇牛油本菇,要燒到佢乾身就會好香口,加埋牛油既味道👍🏼👍🏼,一定會叫一個玉子牛角飯令到成件事大滿足!燒雞泡魚係好香口之前冇諗過係咁好食嘅👍🏼,因為掛住食有一啲冇影到相嘅,帶子就不過不失唔係話特別好食反而係燒番薯外皮朝趣味道甜甜地10分好食👍🏼但最唔好食嘅係雞髀菇,秋葵。秋葵係因為個人喜好,雞髀菇係啲汁唔好食。燒粟米就普普通通。所以我覺得最好食就係a5和牛碗玉子牛肉個飯。喺order前會問吓食唔食韓牛,但因為未食過所以最後冇選擇到嘅。
