To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日星期六中午時walkin想book桌飲茶,點知個知客劈頭一句話:「今日唔招呼2個人?」what? 當時大堂十一點未到,大廳大細吉桌甚多,個知客竟然一口拒絕安排?當時唔忿氣在櫃台企了一陣,個知客才死死氣氣話安排大廳旁一間房中比張桌我們,而房中擺了6-7張細桌,只坐了兩圍,那何來無桌招呼客人?之後拋低一句,限客人十二點半要交桌?連隔離台個客人聽到,都話有無攪錯!大家話,今時今日咁的服務態度,你叫人又如何樂意留港消費振興經濟?
