To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一心諗住帶家人嚟飲個茶,見佢環境幾好,座位幾舒服,就決定試一試啦~一坐低職員就問我哋飲咩茶,隨即就有包茶葉飛過嚟,無錯~係飛埋嚟!個職員喺格離枱飛包茶葉俾我哋,我諗佢哋睇得古代武俠片太多啦,可能覺得自己好型🤔但我就覺得好無禮貌啦~食物就不過不失啦。芫茜牛肉腸粉個皮好厚,食唔到芫茜味,牛肉都算足料,但整體份量偏少。xo醬炒蘿蔔糕依樣份量真係少得過份,個碟係前菜碟嘅size,不過蘿蔔糕有炸過,幾香口,而且個xo醬微辣,係幾惹味!但餐廳無炒埋一齊,感覺上有點無誠意,而且真係份量太少,覺得唔太抵😭好好地一個假期就被破壞咗😩

個皮好厚,食唔到芫茜味,牛肉都算足料,但整體份量偏少。
