冷風颼颼的深冬又是燒烤的季節一大班人圍爐的感覺多美妙今天發現港式燒烤原來可以很泰式以前一直光顧的燒烤場已改頭換面由泰國餐廳老師傅入主變成泰式BBQ場我們一行數人天未黑已來到現場地方超大更有蒙古包造型的私人房喇叭播放著懷舊的九十年代音樂甫選好位置職員連忙幫我們起爐生火這裡的燒烤食材以泰式醃肉為主老闆娘在閒聊間強調是無味精自家醃比較有特式的有青咖哩和香茅雞扒雞翼則有香辣和薑汁兩款口味金沙骨有驚喜肉質鮮嫩醃料出色是能夠吃得出來的新鮮感覺其他丸類腸仔就不多作介紹老闆還特意向我們推薦的厚麵包微微烤過後就變成外脆內軟的厚多士一夜歡樂今燒快樂無價
