To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年前後收到3款伍仁類嘅月餅,咁多年嚟都未試過,之前分享過奇華餅家嘅「迷你金絲果仁月」,加入蜜餞橙皮絲,都頗有驚喜。食友所贈嚟自「天然齋」嘅「傳統鹹伍仁月餅」又唔知會喺點呢?主打賣齋菜嘅天然齋,所推出嘅月餅當然都喺素月餅,據食友講共有4款口味:特濃黑芝麻、清香椰絲蓉、傳統鹹伍仁及紅豆甜瓜仁。不過,睇番個包裝(無店家嘅名字)、袋背(生產商為中山市花城酒店),以及餅面(無印上店家或月餅口味嘅名字),似乎啲月餅喺攞貨居多,並非自家生產。個鹹伍仁月外皮比較厚身,餡料中嘅果仁似乎唔喺咁密咁填滿,但口感依然好有咬口,而且,出奇不意咁有朕朕香茅味,雖然唔知成份喺點,但我倆公婆都食得到有少少香茅味滲出嚟,估唔到加咗之後個感覺清新咗,真有趣。其實,姑勿論味道如何,都好多謝食友一番心意 ,讓小弟今個中秋又多試到一款素月餅。
