老闆請食lunch同事前一晚留訂留位星期日11:45第一圍坐喺壽司bar,左右各一枱,加埋十人左右坐低嗌杯知多highball前菜係蟹肉蒸蛋加平木魚刺身之後上煙熏鰹魚,北海道粟米波,雪魚白子天婦羅,個人最like白子天婦羅,夠creamy 😋跟住上咗7道壽司,分別係:深海磁魚、金木鯛、秋刀、黑六、拖羅(一腩一背)、帶子、玉子等,最尾以海膽手卷作結,師傅每道菜都有介紹,而佢都好識做,每件先遞上俾老闆,然後才眾人。最後以炸金鯛配海膽汁、上湯素麵、甜品作結作為午餐,人生第一次食Omakase,絕對係大滿足,埋單連酒,人均一千左右。
