To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 車仔麵幾時都係香港人嘅至愛,價錢平又可以根據自己嘅喜好配搭唔同嘅食物,我心目中有幾間特別推介,今次就介紹「永年士多」啦😆永年喺佐敦開咗新嘅分店,店舖內有多個打卡位置,有香港嘅舊式郵筒同懷舊車仔麵檔擺設,別具特色👍🏻現時只要喺店內打卡upload上社交平台,仲會送現金卷同名信片添🤩四寶麵豬腸、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮再追加豬腸我嗌嘅四寶麵,揀咗油麵底大辣,當然唔少得追加多份呢度嘅招牌豬腸啦😆豬腸以滷水汁烹調,夠晒入味,可以揀豬腸或者瘦豬腸,口感煙靭彈牙,裡面帶有少少脂肪,店家將內臟處理得非常乾淨,唔會有任何騷味👍🏻蘿蔔入口帶淡淡嘅咖喱味,清甜冇渣,好食😋豬皮亦係用滷水汁煮,入口滑溜QQ彈彈,店家嘅咖喱汁味道濃郁香醇,油麵嘅最佳配搭🉐三餸麵同事嗌咗雞翼、豬皮、牛肚再加午餐肉配米粉,我分別試咗雞翼同牛肚😆雞翼大大隻滷得夠入味,牛肚口感軟腍,米粉吸滿咖喱汁又別有一番風味😋滷水雞翼尖一碟有十幾隻,滷水味濃郁,已完全滲透入雞翼尖之中,一咬已經脫骨,令人食唔停口😋麻辣牛柏葉(小辣)牛柏葉口感爽脆,配搭麻辣汁又鮮又麻,鍾意食辣嘅建議嗌大辣會更惹味生菜魚肉店家以鯪魚肉製成鯪魚丸,魚丸鮮味肉質有彈性,入口唔會有魚
