牛気 (旺角)其實小妹都唔知個名應該點讀,不過人氣直逼首位,連續幾星期係'開飯啦'都見到佢既好評,當然要試下人氣飯店既厲害,極上澳洲和牛牛肩肉放題$378p.p,最貴個個先知道店家既名氣既。湯底當然係人氣最高全港首創既棉花糖湯底,聽到都覺得新奇又有趣。點過湯底後,店員手握棉花糖到我們枱前,先炒過脂肪加大蔥炒香鍋,然後又好玩又好有觀賞價值既一幕就出黎啦,把棉花糖在鍋上慢待熔化,對於小妹頗新潮的,最後加上日本的醬汁湯底成為壽喜燒湯底。任食三文魚,魚腩位爽口,油脂慢慢在口中散發。三文魚竟可以任食,真係很吸引小妹。三文魚魚肉新鮮又厚大,可知用料不馬虎。澳洲和牛:每條紋路都可以清晰可見,淥三兩下已經由紅通通轉成熟的啡色,千萬千萬不要淥太熟,和牛保持五成熟也很好吃,牛肉肉汁很多,入口即溶化,和牛既滋味!!!! 評分9/10美國牛肩肉:相比澳洲和牛是兩種大大不同的牛肉味,牛肩肉的牛肉香味較為香味撲鼻,牛肉帶點韌性,可以咀嚼一番,牛肉肉汁頗多的。壽喜燒配了生蛋,所以把牛沾著蛋汁有另一番風味,滑溜的蛋漿加上牛味濃郁的牛肉。熟食選擇多:壽司、日本一口薯、和牛炒飯、沙律海鮮拼盤:各種各樣的海鮮,用材名貴有喙

煮淋後湯底溶化入烏冬中,滑溜無比,柔軟度一流,又不會太飽肚。

甜品時間,當然適合我倆甜姐兒。J小姐原來已經很飽,但她竟說她有兩個胃的,再多甜品也吃得下。我倆馬上到甜品吧視察環境,不少甜品也是別家日式火鍋放題店沒有的。

超值,J小姐和我也捧腹離場,太飽了。服務態度一流,不過時間一到,店員會在旁游走,我也清楚人氣店是更多人排隊,所以我和J小姐也不便留多久啦
