有次向呢座大廈食野發現咗佢,睇門面已經覺得OK,不過食串燒真係要多人先試到好多嘢,今次終於約齊班fd去試,好開心! 今次大概叫左三十幾樣嘢食,不能盡錄。整體嚟講,呢間店調味做得幾好,比較適中,唔會太咸。以下就有啲重點comments俾大家參考下:🔥A4和牛串 入口即融,牛味OK! 呢個大推!!厚牛舌腩 平時食日韓燒肉都會儘量叫薄身牛舌,因為怕佢燒耐咗會un,但佢又燒得唔錯bo,爽口唔un。🔥豚肉節瓜波板糖(附月見汁) 見佢好似幾特別就叫下,佢係豚肉同節瓜碎一齊捲埋,兩者既厚度都薄,捲做一層層都唔會話食落有硬身或者唔smooth嘅情況,加埋個月見汁確實唔錯。 友人們好鍾意呢個汁,瘋狂地用其他串燒點佢。鹽燒阿波尾七里香 因為呢個特別嘅名同店家推薦就儘管一試咗,原來阿波尾係日本德島縣嘅走地雞品種,D肉食落嫩滑有少少肥,但又唔係exactly似雞脾,幾好食!🔥鹽燒雞皮 平時食燒雞皮係一舊舊咁串埋,呢個係撐開塊雞皮嚟燒,幾得意, 雞皮夠脆食落好似薯片咁。焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士還好, 不過覺得鵝肝油脂唔太夠, 相對乾身D,呢個質素嚟講略貴。明太子淮山燒 燒過嘅淮山表面香香地又爽口,加埋明太子醬都唔錯。

🔥A4和牛串
入口即融,牛味OK! 呢個大推!!


厚牛舌腩
平時食日韓燒肉都會儘量叫薄身牛舌,因為怕佢燒耐咗會un,但佢又燒得唔錯bo,爽口唔un。


🔥豚肉節瓜波板糖(附月見汁)
見佢好似幾特別就叫下,佢係豚肉同節瓜碎一齊捲埋,兩者既厚度都薄,捲做一層層都唔會話食落有硬身或者唔smooth嘅情況,加埋個月見汁確實唔錯。
友人們好鍾意呢個汁,瘋狂地用其他串燒點佢。


鹽燒阿波尾七里香
因為呢個特別嘅名同店家推薦就儘管一試咗,原來阿波尾係日本德島縣嘅走地雞品種,D肉食落嫩滑有少少肥,但又唔係exactly似雞脾,幾好食!

平時食燒雞皮係一舊舊咁串埋,呢個係撐開塊雞皮嚟燒,幾得意, 雞皮夠脆食落好似薯片咁。


焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士
還好, 不過覺得鵝肝油脂唔太夠, 相對乾身D,呢個質素嚟講略貴。


明太子淮山燒
燒過嘅淮山表面香香地又爽口,加埋明太子醬都唔錯。另外都叫咗明太子豆腐但覺得呢個好食好多wo~


🍆孜然蒜蓉茄子
食串燒必叫嘅! 孜然味唔算重, 但最後都encore咗次。


🍍黑糖菠蘿
熱嘅燒菠蘿就食得多,見呢個係凍嘅,就好好奇到底會點,佢表面係一層黑糖造嘅脆焦糖,菠蘿就唔算話凍嘅,覺得都幾得意。
