話說呢個係主廚兒時回憶激發起嘅創作👶🏻,保留Croquettes原有香脆,同時加上生牛肉薄片,仲有裏面嘅truffle creme,味道香濃,層次感豐富😋。

Foie Gras 整得軟香,同 pan-seared 口感完全唔同。鰻魚嘅煙燻味同青蘋果🍏嘅清新剛好balance反Foie Gras 奶油感,食出幾個層次👏🏻,即使小粒starter都係精心設計。

貝殼類presentation通常會用到海鹽模仿沙灘場景,賣相精美。店員話要先食一啖包🍞refresh下味蕾,再食oyster先會品嚐到鮮味🦪。特別之處係用raspberry vinaigrette調味,比起普通檸檬,生色不少。

Scallop煎得剛熟唔會過老,Cauliflower 切成薄片,老實小編覺得係 for 視覺果多D👀,反而D啫喱酸酸地,加埋D薯蓉,味道幾特別。

Wine menu選擇算多,小編試左店員推介比較full body 嘅兩款🍷。
總括嚟講,主廚的確令小編對德國菜刮目相看,唔再只係豬手腸仔🌭,賣相精緻甩掉油膩感。價錢不便宜💰,但呢個地段同質素都合理,餐廳座位唔多,記住一定要book位呀!
