To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完想再食既車仔麵2碗三餸車仔麵🍜:🥢豬皮、豬紅、魷魚 $52🥢肥牛、魚腐、貢丸 $54車仔麵黎講,呢間都真係算幾好食!幾個餸入面,最抵讚係佢既豬皮,完全無毛,仲要食落去好滑身,吸晒啲辣既湯汁,超級入味!豬紅無腥味之餘,食落嫩滑有口感,而魷魚都算爽脆,唔錯!我見在座既食客都唔少人叫呢幾個餸!湯底我叫左麻辣既微辣,但原來都幾辣,但辣得黎又幾香!魚腐都算幾入味,不過肥牛同貢丸就一般,肥牛唔夠薄,有啲鞋口!斑蘭咖央多士 $18唔算好有特色,如果佢個多士可以烘耐少少會更脆身,斑蘭咖央醬甜甜地,唔會好甜,但如果再多啲醬,均勻啲就更好。平日去到一開門,未到食飯時間就已經有唔少食客落單,如果唔想排隊就要早少少到啦!

車仔麵黎講,呢間都真係算幾好食!幾個餸入面,最抵讚係佢既豬皮,完全無毛,仲要食落去好滑身,吸晒啲辣既湯汁,超級入味!豬紅無腥味之餘,食落嫩滑有口感,而魷魚都算爽脆,唔錯!我見在座既食客都唔少人叫呢幾個餸!湯底我叫左麻辣既微辣,但原來都幾辣,但辣得黎又幾香!魚腐都算幾入味,不過肥牛同貢丸就一般,肥牛唔夠薄,有啲鞋口!
