這晚做冬,這酒家的人少到呢!只有四分一滿 ... 慘情!人氣少,連小食也出事 ... 這涼拌木耳,溝了水的陳醋味,只酸不甜,怪!侍應大半沒帶心返工,像靈魂出竅,東西要說兩三次才做到。以為會中伏之際,怎知正菜的水準還可以。“燒腩仔”,鹹香,皮脆,瞬間已被照鏡。“木耳蓮藕片鮮淮山”,𥚃面還有蜜糖豆,清新,爽脆,味道還可以。“拔絲酸甜黑豚肉”,即咕嚕肉,肉質爽嫩,外脆內軟,好味。“蒜蓉豆苗”,全豆苤,嫩,用料沒欺場。“清蒸龍躉仔”,剛蒸得離骨,雖有點微沙皮,肉還很滑,蒸魚豉油也很鮮甜,送飯一流。“上湯蝦頭油蝦球伊麵”,有點失準,不夠鹹,伊麵又打久了,不夠咬口,蝦頭油味道不足,不難吃,只合格。
