最近好多寫開食評嘅朋友都向我推薦呢個西班牙膏蟹飯,而餐廳就係富臨褀下嘅新營 fusion 餐廳,而餐廳方向係一啲比較年輕客人,就係傳統粵菜加入西式煮法同精緻賣相,令年輕客人對粵菜產生新鮮感餐廳裝潢走西式hi-tea茶座風開放式廚房,光猛淨潔,同舊式酒家茶樓大有不同沙田乳鴿係餐廳招牌至一,肉質嫩,肉汁飽,調味香,唯獨外皮唔夠脆有雞先定有蛋先,雞仔做形咸水角,而蛋殼盛載係芒果布甸,有邊個先就唔知,我就食雞先,咸水角外皮較厚,內餡如果再多啲就更好,而芒果布甸食得出係鮮芒所製,絶對唔係即溶,所以有誠意。發過豬頭點心拼盤,豬豬係紫薯包,黑色有金漆係流心奶皇,倆種包嘅質地做得好好綿密有彈性,餡料亦唔太甜。全黑係用墨魚汁搓成餃皮包住蝦同黑松露,爽口好味。鴻圖超脆麵---我個人覺得幾好食,汁同麵比例岩岩好,而且脆度十足,但女皇就覺得有股油味太重嘅感覺。洛神紅米金沙腸主角上場,我們就係為它而來西班牙膏蟹飯上枱時樓面同事細心講解,相信餐廳師傅真係對呢個飯信心十足,上層所見就係滿載蟹膏嘅倆個大蟹蓋,中層係經過爆炒嘅肥美蟹肉,而底層係充滿香草香嘅意大利飯開動前同事會先將蟹蓋同蟹肉移開再將蟹膏拌入飯中,拌勻後就

開動前同事會先將蟹蓋同蟹肉移開再將蟹膏拌入飯中,拌勻後就可以一邊品嚐呢個 Risotto 一邊細味香口蟹肉,但蟹膏分量太豐富,所以有少許膩嘅感覺,同飯口感同risotto 略為不同。
