晚上我來到位於銅鑼灣的Kampoeng吃晚餐。餐廳長這樣,裝修很美。 menu附上圖片,很貼心 ☺煎粟米餅不單止有玉米,還加入了紅蘿蔔,增添了口感和色彩。餅外脆內軟,玉米的香甜和紅蘿蔔的清新相得益彰,讓人一口接一口。熱白咖啡這杯咖啡走甜,我朋友說他很喜歡咖啡的香氣。印尼炒麵辣味並不會掩蓋食材的本味,反而為整道菜增添了層次感。炒麵的口感彈牙,搭配新鮮的蔬菜和香料,讓人一試成主顧。特色炒飯配有蛋和串燒。炒飯香氣撲鼻,辣味與其他食材的搭配恰到好處,讓人感受到印尼料理的獨特魅力。煎薯仔餅外脆內軟,薯仔的香味濃郁 ☺沙爹牛肉串本身已經非常入味,即使不沾醬料也能享受到肉質的鮮美。😄熱情梳打這款飲品的味道有點像忌廉溝鮮奶,喝之前記得攪拌均勻。我選擇了走甜的版本,味道剛剛好,甜而不膩。
