To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經試過在這裡飲茶,但就一直沒有機會試晚飯,剛好遇上朋友是這兒的會員,就不客氣叫朋友帶我去試試。最先來的是瑤柱海皇冬䇯羹,用料十足,非常美味。第一道菜是金湯百花釀海參,我還是首次吃到海參是炸脆的,口感好特別,湯底又夠鮮甜,值得一試。店員推介古法野菌鹽焗雞是他們的招牌菜,當然唔會放過啦,果然名不虛傳,皮脆肉嫩。珍珠金沙明蝦球是我一向喜愛的食品之一,蝦很彈牙,加上外皮沾滿了鹹蛋黃,簡直絕配。杞子雲耳浸勝瓜,剛食完那麼多肉類,來這個清甜的勝瓜,實在太好不過,湯很清甜,所以連湯我們也不放過。新鮮出爐的生磨杏汁雪山包非常吸引,雖然沒辦法吃完所有餸菜,但女士另外一個甜品胃就立刻出動,包很軟熟,加上杏汁非常香,又怎會願意捨棄這個美味的甜品呢!
