To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位處中上環之間,這家小店主打Croissant跟慢煮,晚市套餐約$300左右,以這高格調的餐廰來說,性價比頗高服務水平相當不錯,有高級餐廳的水準,但價錢卻是7折左右頭盤龍蝦湯流心牛角包🥐把龍蝦湯灌注入爽脆的牛角包內就好像在喝濃濃的龍蝦湯的同時吃着牛角包,值得一試蟹膏流心牛角包🥐比龍蝦湯更濃郁,入口蟹膏極濃,creamy又細膩,蟹膏滿溢口腔的感覺令人感動!經典雪梨🍐酒燴和牛面頰的和牛面頰連骨膠原部份也是入口即溶,配上十分creamy的薯蓉跟法式芥末,酸中帶點酒香,口味温和,跟比較膩的牛肉最配大蝦蟹肉龍蝦汁意大利飯靈魂是龍蝦汁,把它跟意大利飯同煮,入口香濃有致,兩者混和的味道比一般用忌廉煮的意大利飯更香,加上大蝦跟蟹肉的搭配,鮮味更出更正!真空慢煮芝士蛋糕難得地結實又帶些微鹹香的cheese cake,入口相當有口感,不會像空氣一樣,非常好吃海鹽焦糖咖啡流心牛角包🥐咖啡的輕澀,加上海鹽焦糖的鹹甜搭配,釀進熱辣爽脆的牛角包內,層次感非常豐富今晚吃了足足三份牛角包,有咸有甜,實在滿足

比龍蝦湯更濃郁,入口蟹膏極濃,creamy又細膩,蟹膏滿溢口腔的感覺令人感動!
