平時喺香港食日本菜食得多,但係食高級嘅廚師發板料理就真係未試過,今日午餐同朋友嚟試吓先上頭盤 - 麻醬拌菠菜配鮮蝦特別喜歡佢嘅麻醬,好開胃,同菠菜同鮮蝦好夾茶碗蒸當中嘅材料雖然非常簡單,但係味道剛剛好,蛋味濃郁而且滑嫩章紅魚配海膽粉章紅魚非常新鮮,魚質脆口,但係咀嚼間會帶有張力有黏笠嘅口感,魚味鮮北海道小樽水八爪、拖羅刺身師傅係切水八爪既時候睇到佢仲識郁,所以每次切出嚟都見到佢會回彈,入口係非常之爽脆,唔會好似食緊擦子膠咁,有咬口得來有份張力另外拖羅油脂分布非常平均,入口係完全感覺到入口即溶,滿口充斥着魚油香銀雪魚西京燒呢一個都算係日本熟悉了你之中我最喜愛嘅一道,銀雪魚非常之肥美,魚油非常之香,而且經過特別嘅烹調,味道係甜甜的又香熱煮烏冬食完前面咁多生冷野最後配返個熱烏冬暖一暖胃,烏冬好煙韌,配埋個昆布湯一流
