勞累了一星期,星期六昏睡到中午,一起床便直接到附近吃午餐。路過擺花所街看到這間「紅館」,名字吸引了我的目光之餘,近門口的掛牆相架亦引起我對餐廳食物的興趣,因為那些都是大廚廚藝的認可,他可是藍帶的呢!眼看以為餐廳只有一層,但原來還有地庫,而地庫有半梳化座,十分適合私人派對。《麵包》 - 外職脆口有咬感,內裡微熱軟熟,最適合蘸上橄欖油及黑醋。《三文魚mousse沙律》 - 一般餐廳會以普通蔬菜作沙律,但Rare卻用外面少用到的三文魚mousse作沙律。三文魚mousse當中混有洋蔥碎令整個沙律質感提升不少,有驚喜。《Vegetables with Pesto Sauce $108》(with Capsicum, Zucchini, Aubergine)賣相漂亮,薄如雪花般的芝士舖滿意粉上,用上青醬和橄欖油調製的寛面意粉,材料有三色椒和茄子。青醬又甜羅勒醬,所以寛面意粉帶羅勒的清香。意粉乾身,口感煙韌有質感,味道帶清淡的豆香,微微的海鹽更能提味。《Brownie》- 這裡的布朗尼朱古力味香濃滑溜,內還有nuts豐富口感,小小一塊已經足夠。最後慢享一杯Cappuccino,這個下午多寫意!
