To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有朋友食完依間後大大力推介我食，話依間既慢煮法國菜做得非常出色，趁經某e字頭app book 有五折，我仲唔即刻狗速book 來食 ！？😛龍蝦湯牛角包 $58 🥐聽聞依度既流心牛角包係招牌菜來，個個來到都一定會嗌，所以我同朋友一去到間餐廳係第一時間嗌佢😂！ 一切開個包，啲漿係勁誇張咁流唒出來，而且我地明明影左勁耐相，但d流心都無凍到😋😋😋😋😋你問我點解會用咁多emoji 形容個流心？咁係因為個流心係熱到我食嗰陣唔小心辣親個嘴😑我應該全香港其中一個最7既foodie(直到而家我朋友都唔知依件事 lol) 切前切後～～～～慢煮雞胸牛油果流心蛋沙拉 $88 🥗原本想嗌burrata cheese salad ，侍應話d cheese 咁啱無返貨所以嗌左依個😭 但最後係完全無後悔到！因為佢個慢煮62度流心蛋既質感係滑嫩到無朋友（我無諗過我會用滑嫩依個形容詞去形容隻蛋），同d理應無咩味既雞胸撈埋一齊嗰陣反而相得益彰😎牛油果熟度啱啱好亦係非常值得一讚，因為出面都唔係間間餐廳都做到依點～香煎培根卷紐西蘭羊肩肉配咖哩奶酪醬 & 薯蓉 $218 🐏羊在24小時的烹煮下顯得勁幼嫩，不得不提既係醬料既配

慢煮雞胸牛油果流心蛋沙拉 $88 🥗

原本想嗌burrata cheese salad ，侍應話d cheese 咁啱無返貨所以嗌左依個😭 但最後係完全無後悔到！因為佢個慢煮62度流心蛋既質感係滑嫩到無朋友（我無諗過我會用滑嫩依個形容詞去形容隻蛋），同d理應無咩味既雞胸撈埋一齊嗰陣反而相得益彰😎牛油果熟度啱啱好亦係非常值得一讚，因為出面都唔係間間餐廳都做到依點～

結論係依餐係非常令人回味，雖然我嫌佢依個價錢來講，依個份量有d細，但整得來講幾出色，侍應服務都幾好，如果有折既話我會推介來食☺️
