To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上又想吃上海菜,便來到這裏。336上海小籠包(4隻),熱騰騰的小籠包,皮薄餡多,要小心小籠包內的醬汁但到身上,加點折醋,就更加美味可口。椰菜回鍋肉(辣),椰菜爽口鮮甜,回鍋肉肥瘦均勻,熱騰騰加上鑊氣十足,是上海特色小菜。砂窩鬆花菜(辣),椰菜花吸收了醬油的香味,加上砂鍋來的熱氣,令到這個椰菜花非常惹味,是佐飯的一道小菜。菜飯,菜飯內的蔬菜,是上海特色。熱生薑茶,薑的香味十足,喝完這個生薑茶之後,頓時感到全身血液循環加速。薑湯芝麻湯圓(2粒),這個湯圓的造型有點像桔仔,煙煙韌韌,甜度適中。豆沙窩餅,外皮香脆,內裏紅豆餡料豐富,甜度適中,是飯後甜品的最佳選擇。
