To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次食過覺得幾好食,今次朋友喺附近返工,就同佢一齊食吓。餐廳嘅座位坐得舒適唔會有油煙味,空氣都幾流通。🤤我哋每人各叫咗一個套餐,分別係三種和牛極致定食同埋和牛霜降。赤身定食。 每個定食都有日本米飯、昆布清湯、醋汁沙律同埋泡菜及飲品,非常豐富而又傳統嘅配搭。當天的牛肉種類分別有1️⃣和牛龜之甲、2️⃣和牛羽下及3️⃣上後腰脊肉。要講到霜降最多的,就是🥩上後腰脊肉,因為佢嘅位置比較貼近西冷嘅臀部肌肉,所以肉質比較柔軟,同時帶有豐富嘅油花,所以肉汁豐富,最適合配白飯嚟食。其次霜降同肉質分布平均嘅就係🥩和牛羽下,佢係屬於全部肩胛位嘅稀有部位,喺油花同肉質方便攞到個平衡點。而肉味最濃郁嘅就係🥩龜之甲,佢係屬於牛臀部內側嘅瘦肉,肉質非常柔軟,加上油花比較少,係一個清爽嘅牛肉!🍚牛肉同白飯果然係一個絕配嘅配搭,因為米飯真的很有口感,今餐食得好滿足😋
