兩個人,又不餓,於是只點了一個“乾炒牛河” ...

一端上來,已心知不妙,沒光澤,像一個豉油撈麵,吃下去果然只是豉油味,有點過鹹,牛肉切得過薄,碟𥚃只見到牛肉碎,而不是牛肉,於是,部分牛肉也有點柴。材料是齊全,不難吃,但也說不上好吃。

這餐廳的slogan是“香港味道、點止地道”,但似乎襯不上,這考牌的經典廣府菜,掌握不到精髓,“河”跟“牛”都只平平而已。



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
