To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📌一直都好喜歡和支持香港本土的特色料理,例如叉燒、燒味、乾炒牛河、菠蘿包、蛋撻和雞蛋仔之類,因為呢啲都係香港嘅文化產物!📌所以每次經過茶記都有一種莫名其妙的興奮,覺得要支持!今次又來到菠蘿包超級好味的九龍餐室,佢哋嘅菠蘿包好大,好好味,本來經過都係想買佢嘅菠蘿包回味一下,不過見到佢哋原來有墨西哥包,好想試吓係咪咁好!📌墨西哥包$9,同菠蘿包價錢一樣,店員見到落雨關係,比多個膠袋仔我包住!好細心,而且好好笑容!呢種態度係好多餐廳都做唔到!讚!📌老實講呢個包嘅味道真係好好,不論麵包嘅香味定係上面嗰塊皮!兩者都做得超級好,酥脆,香濃!📌不過呢個墨西哥包真係好油,打開嘅時候佢個紙袋已經吸晒油,亦有可能係因為佢哋用咗咁多油所以先咁鬆脆好食!!!
