屯馬線開咗,呢輪都多咗去宋王臺站,九龍城食飯,今日去咗呢間日式居酒屋,前菜係野菜伴鳀魚醬,沙甸魚及鳀魚醬充滿鹹香,點醬後野菜條入口特別清甜。原條依佐木刺身配酸汁,白身魚的爽口,魚味夠鲜,油份不會太重,適合夏天吃,加上酸汁特別醒胃。生蠔刺身,入口爽脆海水味重。泡菜炒豚肉,有啲韓式,酸酸地加埋豬肉,送酒走唔錯。煙熏厚切三文魚及日本豚腩肉,完個煲上,打開聞到勁煙燻香氣,個人覺得肥少少的豚腩肉比較配合,入口爽爽脆脆似煙肉,但層次更豐富。鐵板鮑魚配蟹肉海草汁,鮑魚夠彈牙有甜味。龍蝦味增虎蝦,面上有大量龍蝦味噌,味噌加埋龍蝦膏的甘香,味道好特別,面頭仲有好多蟹籽,卜卜趣,口感豐富。刺身剩低的依左目魚滾的魚湯,白雪雪的魚湯入口鮮味又夠熱,飲完酒飲少少熱湯特別舒服。
