這間和風cafe bookmark了很久,終於有機會去打卡。平日下午整條街道的人流不算多,可以好好感受一下環境。🔹Sous Vide Miso Chicken Roll With Charred Endive雞肉很實在,調味不會太濃,雞肉煎完依然保持到肉汁,葱油瓦片和馬鈴薯球一起吃味道不錯,有驚喜的是苦白菜,白菜煮到好淋,菜的苦味頗容易接受,很有特色。🔹SHIBUI CRAB LINGUINE吃這道菜大家記得要儘快吃,因為一上桌面頭的泡沫會很快滲透到意粉去,扁意粉口感實在,和鮮味蟹肉提升了整體味道,最後吃一口甜甜的車厘茄清味蕾,可以一試。🔹今川燒 🔹是日蛋糕期待已久的布丁今天沒有了T。T我們就點了紅豆味今川燒,炸過的車輪餅中有甜甜的紅豆蓉,外層脆脆熱熱的和上層的雲呢拿雪糕一起吃感覺很特別,雪糕的奶香和車輪餅很搭;是日蛋糕是綿綿的芝士蛋糕,味道比較柔和,我喜歡它不會太硬,搭配黑咖啡不錯。🔹青い空藍色漸層的梳打很有夏日感,甜度頗高,柚子雪葩的柚子味很突出,充滿維他命C~🔹菠洱梳打南高梅的味道很鮮明,它的甜味和普洱茶香配合的不錯,一邊喝尾端會有些陳皮香氣,很有趣的組合。
