今天和朋友到九龍城吃一家老店的潮州打冷菜。蠔餅必食的地道潮州菜式, 蠔餅份量很大,非常抵食, 外皮煎得金黃,有大量蠔仔,炸得很香脆, 新鮮熱辣。潮洲滷水鵝又是必食的招牌菜, 鵝片的滷水味煮得很入味,鵝肉很滑, 底下還有滷豆腐和花生。豉椒炒蜆即叫即炒大大碟的豉椒炒蜆,蜆肉冇砂,鮮甜多汁,炒得鑊氣十足、十分惹味。羊腩煲冬天必吃的羊腩煲,邊滾邊吃,十分窩心。羊腩煲大大鑊,非常足料,有枝竹、馬蹄、白菜等配料。羊肉稔身,煮得入味。韮菜豬紅豬紅入味,裡面有韮菜,味道帶辣勁。咸菜豬肚湯天氣最近變冷, 暖暖的豬肚湯充滿胡椒味很暖胃。。。新城潮州飯店九龍城衙前塱道30號地下。。
