朋友準備出國,佢話想走之前再食多次榮哥私房菜,所以就同佢黎多次,同成年前黎一様,依然保持到水準!本地水耕沙律菜伴芝麻醬茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子每次黎其實我都中意係前菜,因為感覺上係擺設最精緻既菜色,而且酸酸地真係好開胃。厚鼎海椰皇仔燉鷓鴣黑毛豚肉湯足料靚湯,同屋企煲既一樣咁香濃,味道岩岩好唔會咸。椒鹽豬肺咁大個人第一次食豬肺,原來都係彈牙。油浸時令海魚一啲都唔腥,炸完啲肉都唔算鞋,OK。江南百花雞(半隻)朋友話唔錯,但我唔食芝麻PASS了。蟹皇瑤柱時令鮮蔬幾鮮甜,兩三啖就食哂。他鄉炒米絲(24個月西班牙黑毛豬火腿配福建莆田米粉)炒得幾乾身,又煙靭。時令甜品超級香既芝麻味,可惜得2粒唔夠喉!
