自從旺角食開果間車仔麵執咗後,都有幾年冇食過喇,早半年前睇雜誌、報紙及係老闆之一的小儀(903DJ)係微博介紹過係佐敦廟街開咗間車仔麵鋪。聽說這間麵麵店係佐敦某處已經開了十幾年,因為租金問題經營艱難,最後由阮小儀入股後再搬進現址嘅,更將食物多加特色,唔係普通車仔麵食極都係果幾款噃。因為見過介紹裡面有醉酒雞腎、木耳,我最愛醉酒乜乜物物架啦,真係要搵晚去試吓先,不過都係要等到店子開返咁上下日子,定咗喇先去試吓。當我坐入座已經見到有張貼紙寫住<最低消費一麵兩餸>,咁每款餸都$8,麵底有$7/$11,要食至最低消費都唔係冇可能,想食都加飲品仲可以揀麵餐,加$4就可以有杯野飲添。所以友人都揀咗麵餐,而我就叫一麵兩餸喇,多加2個小食,夠食有凸啦。枱上有勁辣菜甫($22樽)供應,本物對有菜甫供應嘅店子會加分的,今次呢款真係好惹味又夠辣,必食!!是晚我地就叫了2個麵同2款小食。① 醉酒木耳 ($18)② 醉酒雞腎 ($20)③我:車仔麵 (最低消費一麵兩餸)﹣時菜+豬紅+粉絲配清湯 ($23)④友:車仔麵餐(一麵任選四餸)﹣酸齋+蘿蔔+雞翼尖+米粉配薑酒湯 ($34) + 飲品(荳漿) ($4)Tot

我的﹣因為唔想又食米粉咁普通,所以點了粉絲,時菜就每日唔同,可以問店員有乜野揀,我就揀咗芥蘭,好新鮮,莖粗唔硬唔苦好翠綠,正;豬紅唔腥少少實,幾好;粉絲份量勁多且唔吸湯而變腍,爽口好食喎!!
今次揀了清湯,真係幾清,唔咸,與粉絲同食就唔錯喇。

麵餐﹣食咗朋友的酸齋,唔驚喜,不過都做得不唔錯,係有少少脆喎,裡面煙煙韌韌,且唔太酸,就算淨食呢個酸齋都唔錯;蘿蔔就勁腍好入味,正!
雞翼尖同米粉不過不失喇。
佢揀咗薑酒湯底,不過我試落酒味同薑味都唔大,唔講都唔知係薑酒湯底添。
荳漿豆味幾重又唔甜夠凍,幾好飲。

鍾意醉酒味重嘅,醉酒系列之木耳同雞腎真係必食!!
朋友就略嫌酒味過重,但我就覺得重得來啱啱好,木耳又爽脆,雞腎唔韌又唔腍,咬落又係啱啱好,2款份量又足,好抵食!!
