天寒地冬,食熱辣辣既生煎包係唔錯既選擇。祥興記攞過米芝蓮獎,一直都想試下,最近係旺角開左分店,好多人排隊,我又走去排埋一份可以堂食或者外賣。地方就細左d,不過可以睇住d員工整包,都係一種享受。食生煎飽係有秘訣既叫左個特色套餐,52蚊,同鮮蝦加黑松露各2隻,49蚊。呢個係跟餐既蔥油拌麵,好香蔥味,但就好油。呢度既生煎包出名皮薄底脆肉鮮汁多,要趁熱食。咬一口,見到入面有好多汁,要唔埋儀態咁食到啜啜聲,先唔會浪費d美味既湯汁。仲要小心燙親,d湯汁都幾熱呀。除左有原隻鮮蝦係入面之外,同招牌生煎包冇乜分別。但價錢就貴d。如果唔好食蝦,食招牌生煎包已經足夠。黑松露生煎包就有d失望,係聞到黑松露味,但食落又唔多覺。我都係鐘意招牌生煎包多d。
