To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從發現黃埔開左間牛角人流少又唔駛等位後就成為我跟男友的飯堂誇張到就算係尖沙咀行街都要坐車去黃埔食因為等幾個鐘為左食餐飯的經歷實在太可怕又浪費時間今日八時多到牛陣2個人唔駛等位心情大好係每次必食的我個人喜歡燒乾身一點點些像蒜鹽般的調味料前面一碟是貴價牛(其實只係比其他幾款貴.....)肉質軟軟但我反而較喜歡後面那一碟將d 蒜蓉連埋牛肉一齊燒燒到咁上下, 唔駛再點調味料, 放入口好濃的蒜蓉味, 大愛一上台, 我地有懷疑過係咪唔駛燒已經食得......=.=""可能差唔多熟的關係放係烤爐上燒一下再加d 牛油, 好快食得味道偏鹽而牛油都係多餘的又係每次必食喜歡蛋汁跟白飯一起食但今次隻蛋熟左d
