To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次對主菜有少少失望,入呢間餐廳就係想試下「燒龍蝦及和牛橫隔肌」,個賣相十分之吸引,但黎到面前,發現成份都極細份,和牛叫左五成熟,但都好難咬,好韌,極度失望!仲要得5舊咁多!完全唔夠攝牙罅!龍蝦仲細過虎頭蝦,一啲都唔值呢個價!仲要個龍蝦係勁痴殼,完全整唔到成條肉出黎,最後整到出黎係一忽忽爛哂!!!兩個人分,每人食到兩啖仔,其他都痴哂啖殼到撩唔到出黎!!!真心勁失望!極度離譜!直頭係中伏!勸大家唔好試!!!!!!但值得讚嘅係個「西班牙辣腸筆筒粉」,味道岩岩好,啲筆筒粉好煙韌,啲辣腸都好惹味!同埋個魷魚鬚啲炸粉唔算厚,都好好食,配埋個泡菜醬,完全唔油膩👍🏻👍🏻
