話說曾幾何時睇過網上的自助餐回本方法係要食燒牛肉😳上環的 Carving 雖然店面不大,但小店就主打燒牛肉😍用上來自美國的安格斯肉眼,肉質特別鮮嫩,加上適中的肥肉不會乾身。這個不能和自助餐常見的燒牛肉相比🤭坐下先送上welcome snacks! 3 course menu ($398) 仲包埋前菜有呑拿魚他他配牛油果🥑,仲有祖傳蕃茄配羅勒水牛芝士🧀。呑拿魚他他好refreshing牛油果的選擇也是選用最新鮮。主菜除左燒牛肉,仲有香草龍蝦卡邦尼意粉🦞。烹調過程加入了龍蝦湯,好香濃的蝦鮮味。意粉每一條做到彈牙的效果!甜品的Mango Panna Cotta / Tiramisu 同樣精彩,芒果奶凍入口順滑,而Tiramisu 就很有層次感!
