為於灣仔嘅精緻韓燒店 𓄼貊炙𓄹，主打熟成肉，環境氣氛幾有情調✦鹽磚熟成肉眼牛扒上菜嘅時間會附上喜馬拉雅山鹽磚，店員幫忙炙燒後會將肉眼朳放上鹽磚處理，如果熟度未夠就可自行再炙燒，肉眼牛扒非常厚切，油花分佈平均，肉味會比較濃✦40天熟成韓國五花肉五花肉肥肉同瘦肉相間，經熟成後，味道會帶果仁風味，喺其他烤肉店會比較少試到呢種風味✦大蝦大蝦非常彈牙爽口，炭烤帶出大蝦最原始嘅海水味，沾少少鹽食已經好好味✦雪梨水冷麵食完燒肉最適合食冰涼嘅水冷麵，加少少醋同芥末醬會更消膩✦青瓜青檸梳打清新得嚟帶酸甜，比較清新解滯，✦西柚乳酸梳打乳酸味幾濃，甜甜地都幾好味✦蜂蜜雪糕輕輕用匙羹壓蜂巢，就會有香甜嘅蜂蜜流出，同牛奶軟雪糕一齊食好夾
