再放在高溫烤架上烤熟 充滿豐富油脂感
質地軟嫩而且肉感滿滿 還帶點外層焦香感
配上鹽巴/紅酒sauce更juicy香口～
再有脆香的幼薯條🍟伴碟!

It turns out that there are both dry and wet types of mature cattle. This time I will try the dry one.
After drying for 21 to 30 days, it is saturated to the taste of beef
Thus changing the beef texture and adding flavor
Then put it on the high-temperature grill to cook
The texture is soft and tender and full of meat, with a little burnt aroma on the outside
With salt/red wine sauce, it is more juicy and fragrant~
And there are crispy fries 🍟 for side dish!
