最近去咗灣仔日街嘅「Danji」食飯,依間係主打Fusion菜嘅韓式酒吧餐廳,門口裝修風格類似西式小酒館,設有露天窗口座位,個Vibe好Chill。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。Sliced Beef Salad(單點$188),採用牛五花腩片製作,肉質肥瘦相間,牛味濃厚,略嫌肉質較韌,沙律菜包括有紅巴達維亞、紅甜菜、豌豆苗、紫洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、韭菜,味道香辣。Dried Prawn Pancake(單點$168),表面鋪有豌豆苗,韓式煎餅粉漿比例適中,韭菜份量多,食落好香口,略嫌蝦乾份量少,不過味道鹹香,自家製韓式煎餅沾醬內有指天椒、洋蔥、蒜頭、香蔥、黑芝麻、白芝麻、辣椒油、白醋、醬油,味道惹味。Truffle Pollack Egg Roll (單點$128),黑松露味道濃郁,鱈魚籽味道鹹鮮,蛋卷食落好Juicy、蛋香味濃,內有香蔥、紅蘿蔔。糖漬番薯(跟餐$0),表面鋪有黑芝麻、白芝麻,番薯口感軟綿,味道香甜。韓式泡白菜(跟餐$0),口感爽脆,味道酸辣。Korean Strawberry Smoothie(單點$58),採用新鮮韓國草莓製作,飲落好清爽。
