To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 用心就會發現大角咀有好多特色餐廳,而呢間開咗無耐嘅餐廳就最為吸引我,約三五知己邊吃串燒邊摸酒杯底傾計就最開心啦!一嚟朋友點咗個Welcome drink讓我地清新一下迎接以下不同美味嘅菜式。Open your mouth係用咗柚子酒、燒酎及薑汁做base,仲有柚子酒味啫喱,飲落好清新又易入口。飲酒當然唔少得佐酒小食,先點咗粟米脆片,配嘅醬都相當有特色、唔馬虎,4款醬有墨西哥莎莎酸辣番茄醬、墨西哥莎莎青醬、酸忌廉燒烤醬及酸忌廉牛油果醬。我就最鍾意酸忌廉牛油果醬啦!之後就進行主食部分。燒雞份量都幾大,當然要食雞脾位,整得剛剛好內裡雞肉好嫩又多汁。另外仲點咗西班牙乳豬,皮真係好脆好香口,而肉質亦保持到嫩口啊!除咗讓人流口水嘅食物,當然要試下佢地嘅Signature cocktail,幾款中我就揀咗有elderflower syrup嘅Ka Shin Street,仲帶果味好啱我飲!雞嘅串燒款式相當多,分別食咗雞翼尖、雞胸軟骨、雞頸肉、雞皮,每款都唔錯,而最過癮就係雞胸軟骨咬埋軟骨好脆口。雞翼尖同雞皮仲好送酒啊!免治雞肉棒嘅醬汁調得好好,好入味,而食落不失口感,蘸埋月見汁更滑溜。其中燒粟米超對

面頭仲有啲千島醬,一食就覺得配搭得好好,雖然好邪惡但反而愈食愈想食啊!

最誘人畫面必定數到呢個1公斤嘅帶骨肉眼扒,比起iphone max都要大好多,我地四人分享就剛剛好啦!

牛魔王嘅我地當然為其瘋狂,特別鍾意面層同旁邊嘅焦脆位,連埋肉食就有兩重口感,焦脆及肉汁交錯好正啊!

最後不忘點上一客甜品,為生日嘅友人帶來驚喜。

蘋果金寶係呢度嘅特色甜品,個樣好似平平無奇但卻蘊藏讓人感動嘅味道,溫熱嘅蘋果金寶配上雪糕,冷熱交融,玉桂味相當突出。

除咗脆脆部分外,仲有蛋糕層次好豐富,十分適合作慶生之用啊!要大讚店方備有生日牌,更添氣氛呢!
