同事生日,佢最鍾意食串燒,我哋就請佢去佐敦狐狸食堂慶生,食堂裝修擺設好有日本居酒屋格調,主打串燒。四味雞肉棒:有芝士免治雞肉棒、明太子免治雞肉棒、檸檬鹽免治雞肉棒、醬燒免治雞肉棒。香脆嘅外皮入邊包住肉質爽彈結實嘅免治雞肉,肉中更加入雞軟骨以增加口感,四種不同的味道各有特色。芝士和明太子味道比較濃比較惹味。檸檬鹽和醬燒比較淡味,點些蛋黃汁配豉油 嘅醬汁,令味道提升。即開燒播磨蠔:即叫即開,燒至大約七分熟,表皮受熱微縮,肉質柔軟豐富,味道濃厚爽口沒有腥味 。醬油燒白鱔:白鱔燒得好有魚香,表面有焦香味逼人, 入口香脆。燒雞中翼:燒得外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩入味。
