今日太太放假,攜同細周生到銅鑼灣逛街,晚上試了一間日式串燒店「深宵食堂」。餐廳地方不大,曲尺型格局,以木製傢具作裝飾擺設。近入口的飾櫃,放了不少聖鬥士玩隅。在餐廳的另一角,則擺放了不少漫畫,可供食客借閲。再加上放於天花燈槽的酒瓶酒盒,和風感更重。芝士蝦球:蝦球賣相小巧,外脆內彈,芝士半溶起絲。建議追加蝦肉份量,相信彈牙感及蝦香會更為突出。八寸蒜香大虎蝦:大虎蝦足八寸長,肉質新鮮結實,以香蒜作調味,十分香口,值得推介。吉列廣島蠔:吉列成品金黃香脆,雖然以吉列香口方式製作,鮮蠔的自然味道還能吃得出,更驚喜是蠔身仍保留了相當水份,吃時燙嘴嫩口。汁燒白鱔:選料肥美,魚肉帶甜。豚肉露筍卷:豚肉薄切無乜特別,露筍選用幼小款式,食感嫩口。煙肉荔枝卷:煙肉本質香口,但膩感重,夾上清甜可口的荔枝吃,香口仍在,膩感已除,兩者味道非常匹配。一口牛:牛肉口感鬆軟,牛香OK,調味稍稍鹹了少許。炸薯格:特意為細周生點選,即點即炸當然香脆可口。鵝肝什菌石窩飯:以燒熱石鍋製作,出品熱辣,拌勻鵝肝襯飯吃,每囗飯皆沾上豐腴肝香,十分惹味。配上的和風醬汁口味帶甜,調味亦佳。什菌以雞脾菇及靈芝姑入饌,味道和鵝肝頗為合襯,亦是
