收工其實好肚餓,友人話新開一間串燒,就隨便入大南街搵食。大南街的美食店好多,唯獨一間明顯新開鋪裝修的串燒就少少吸引。一開波就要叫鰻魚,雞軟骨鴨舌。雞軟骨味道夠喉,火候都足夠,所以咬落口爽脆。燒白鱔是後期添加的菜單。中意夠嫩。雞泡魚幹乾脆送酒過癮,好似食左燒魷魚幹。見到好多推薦都係呢款墨西哥雞肉卷,試左果然刮目相看。芝士入口還藕斷絲連,少少辣椒絲帶出甜辣的味道。應該叫兩個才夠。酸汁好似泰國果味道,用來沾串燒有不同的口感,可以試一試。炭燒牛肋柔軟好似咬到自己條俐。黑毛豬串燒是日晚餐推介的招牌。下次再試一試青口花甲。最後買單都差不多629元,人均300幾,對於晚餐呢個時段差不多。分量足夠我地其實都食唔曬,估唔到串燒都可以當正餐咁食。
