日式串燒,不少香港人都喜歡的美食,所以在香港亦有很多日式串燒店。今天就來到位於銅鑼灣的「深宵食堂」。店鋪面積不算大,大概能容納20-30人,幸好有事先訂位!煙肉荔枝卷,非常有趣的配搭,荔枝的香甜中和了煙肉的咸香,食落十分清新。生燒牛脷芯,爽口彈牙,牛味十足。鹽燒雞腎,十分爽脆可口。燒bb蘆筍,非常纖細,口感軟嫩。汁燒白膳,肉質鮮嫩肥美,而且已經去骨,啖啖肉。一口和牛串,肉味香濃,肉質軟腍鬆化。燒芝士年糕,外脆內軟,口感煙韌。鹽燒雞翼,雞皮被燒至脆皮,十分香口。燒菠蘿,香甜多汁,十分新鮮。鵝肝什菌石窩飯,除了串燒,還有主食,鵝肝味道濃郁,配合什菌煮成石窩飯,簡直是絕配!巨峰提士梳打值得一提的是縱使是即叫即燒,但上菜的速道依然很快!誠意推介!
