記得去日本旅行時,總會以串燒做宵夜作結,番到黎香港,間唔中都會想食下串燒,當自己去左日本咁呢度啲串燒即叫即燒燒鮮白鱔白鱔係呢度既招牌,燒得個皮好脆身而白鱔肉質厚,啲肉仲係勁Juicy,鮮味十足,好惹味荔枝豬肉卷,雞皮蝦大葉卷,燒大腸呢三串串燒都係好惹味荔枝豬肉卷用豬肉包住粒荔枝,而粒荔枝超多汁,又夠爽口正好減低左豬肉既油膩雞皮蝦大葉卷就用紫蘇葉包住大蝦蝦燒得脆身之餘,仲保留左蝦既鮮味燒大腸一有勁多件,件件大腸都好有咬口,好好味呀!
