近五年宵夜盛行串燒。而不是夜粥中式食物。漸漸串燒進化到晚餐時間。今晚係亞士里道經過一幢大廈有間餐廳招牌好得意。用一隻鳥做招牌好得意。燒全條茄子。好多串燒店都有做。但係呢度見到的燒茄子很香。同香料蒜蓉配搭好平均。不會掩蓋了茄子獨特的香味和口感。師傅真有一手。燒厚切牛舌。牛舌有些人喜歡食薄切。而本人偏愛厚切厚燒。呢度的牛舌燒得剛剛好。口感充斥爽口彈牙而不失牛舌的獨突味道。燒蜜糖雞翼。每間香港餐廳都會做的經典經常菜式。串燒多數都會落一些味粉加強口感。但她的蜜糖入口脆皮甜香。雞肉肉汁充沛。燒秋葵。秋葵是近年最盛行的健康菜式。一般配以凍食。再加上一些醬與味粉。串燒方式比較小。但今次食完之後。有另一睇法。燒後更令秋葵甜味湧出。更令口感鮮甜爽口。
