原本想去德x火煱打邊爐,但另外兩個朋友話不如試吓去澄打,未試過.老板為我哋準備咗肥牛/本地牛/帶子/魚頭等等,一個蕃茄湯底作火煱用,有炸魚皮.串燒有苦瓜養魚肉,雞軟骨同牛舌.醬料好豐富.火煱:最鐘意食清湯底既我,例如皮蛋言茜,覺得哩個湯底比較甜,不過不失. 牛肉反而覺得本地牛仲好食d,唔知點解,可能比個湯底搞到變哂味. 魚頭好有肉,正. 帶子夠大隻,又係正.反而唔係主要黎食既原因:串燒就最得我歡心,每款串燒都加d黑椒去調味,苦瓜夠林又唔太苦,我麻麻哋苦瓜既都覺得ok. 雞軟骨普通,都係燒咁既味. 牛舌唔錯,但口感變咗好似食豬頸肉咁.
