朋友有海港城餐飲現金卷見呢間日本拉麵店用得就走去試上次去日本東京都想試呢間可惜行程太緊湊食唔到🙈可能依加少左人出街周末午餐時間唔洗等有得食😂入面環境舒適乾淨企理窗邊位置仲有維港景😳呢度主打蝦湯拉麵🍜叫左最基本既招牌蝦湯拉麵$88揀左原味湯底 鹽味 幼麵本身有諗過加唔加埋豚骨湯底但呢度主打蝦湯就跟佢餐牌推介既手指公揀好香好濃但偏咸叉燒唔肥 薄 但份量較少個人偏好幼麵幼麵無我平時食開咁幼似粗麵多過幼麵😂溏心蛋略嫌過熟變成熟蛋一粒 無溏心感覺😂驚喜既係佢有得揀落唔落麵酥(紅薑天婦羅)其實薑味唔重怕食薑既都可以一試脆脆地 用黎配拉麵增加口感建議分開上 一齊上好快冧唒😂😂😂整體黎講拉麵中規中矩為左用現金卷仲叫左餃子$35比平時既餃子脹卜卜入面係菜同豬肉味道中規中矩因為拉麵得太少叉燒岩唒用黎配拉麵😂埋單用埋現金卷折實$132每人$66 抵到爛

本身有諗過加唔加埋豚骨湯底
但呢度主打蝦湯
就跟佢餐牌推介既手指公揀
好香好濃但偏咸
叉燒唔肥 薄 但份量較少
個人偏好幼麵
幼麵無我平時食開咁幼
似粗麵多過幼麵😂
溏心蛋略嫌過熟
變成熟蛋一粒 無溏心感覺😂
驚喜既係佢有得揀落唔落麵酥(紅薑天婦羅)
其實薑味唔重
怕食薑既都可以一試
