因為書展第一次踏走灣仔碼頭原來二樓有餐廳pier1952 餐廳樓底超高加上全落地玻璃可以270度睇晒成個維港兩邊有小酒吧同open kitchen 薄荷綠色樑柱極有氣派撐起空內整個空間感地理位署優越,完全係辦活動宴會嘅地方來串門我就簡單食個便餐哈哈平日這邊有lunch n dinner 與餐廳無異但勝在有個靚海景Menu有中式與西式套餐My vote goes to the later one 坦白講辦宴會嘅光環下中菜反而更不可能馬虎午餐三道菜燉湯杞子淮山螺頭燉雞足料到不得了肉多湯甜但唔會油膩兩道主菜各兩項選擇我心水嘅係蔥燒銀鱈魚與日式牛肋條前者睇到大厨功架魚外層粉漿透薄薄脆外層包著魚肉仍濕潤煎魚我畀90分進步空間係可以再少油一啲至於後者炆煮牛肋夠軟腍入味兩道菜餸白飯好夠飽足望望海再望望價錢與三道菜如果想揾間decent 餐廳食個便餐呢間合適
