衝擊味蕾的中法fine dining 呢間餐廳想去好耐,係一間米芝蓮嘅餐廳。裝修風格現代,服務周到,啲嘢食超好味,仲要每個菜式都好似藝術品,好靚,好精緻‼️今次揀咗八個courses☁️ 餐前小吃有西班牙紅蝦多士,蝦味超濃郁另外仲有個好浪漫的concept <鹹魚白菜也好好味>的撻🥰☁️ 遼參配虎蝦, 冬趣陳年花雕酒⭐️Signature dish⭐️真係超級特別,第一次食香脆口感嘅海參,真係100分‼️☁️ 法國乳鴿,油麥菜, 龍眼, 大紅袍法國乳鴿,我揀咗七成熟,主廚本身係建議五成熟,肉質會再較為嫩口。但係七成熟都超級好食,肉質嫩滑香口,個皮仲要係脆嘅🤩。個油麥菜都超級好食,普通油麥菜包住另一種煮法嘅油麥菜,我真係第一次食。☁️二十八頭乾鮑,法式酥皮, 小牛胸腺鮑魚,我諗大家都食得多,但係法式酥皮包住嘅28頭乾鮑,真係超級香口,同埋可以一次過食到唔同嘅口感,有酥脆,鮑魚嘅嚼勁,肉質嘅鮮味,多重享受☺️☁️甜品有三款每款都好有特色,同埋我冇諗過青蘋果甜品係會配臭草都咁好味,糖醋餅配椰子味嘅雪包真係好襯🥰法國餐真係要食三個鐘🤣大家記住book早啲開始用餐優點:☁️好適合慶祝節日☁️食物味道超

法國乳鴿,我揀咗七成熟,主廚本身係建議五成熟,肉質會再較為嫩口。但係七成熟都超級好食,肉質嫩滑香口,個皮仲要係脆嘅🤩。個油麥菜都超級好食,普通油麥菜包住另一種煮法嘅油麥菜,我真係第一次食。
